Sober in AA since 1991, Sharon is currently an Australian AA World Service Delegate. Her service roles have included; Southern Regional Trustee, Deputy Chair of the AA General Service Board of Australia & Chair of the Trustees Public Information Committee.
She was part of the team of ladies who went to India to carry the AA message to female alcoholics, has done 12 step work in Mongolia along with Workshops on the Steps, Traditions & Sponsorship after the 15th Convention in 2013. In the Solomon Islands and the Phillipines she helped conduct Public Information, a Tradition’s Workshop and advised on the setting up of an AA Service Structure.
She has shared her experience, strength and hope at AA National Conventions in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast and was a guest speaker at the Minneapolis International Convention in 2000. Come, hear her story.....be inspired!!!
